When you activate a plan, you receive a one-time welcome pack with two independent components: response credit (in euros) that covers your first responses, and free email sends for your first campaigns. Both are consumed before your wallet is touched.

The per-response cost scales with the longest path a respondent can actually follow through your survey — not the total number of questions defined. A 50-question survey where the longest branching path is 12 questions is priced like a 12-question survey.
Extra users on the Team plan are priced with a progressive formula: €15 × n0.80, where n is the number of additional users above the 3 included. The effective cost per user falls smoothly — no tiers, no cliffs. Every user added always increases the total, never suddenly drops it.
3 users always included in the €100/mo fee. The table shows the extra monthly cost for seats above that.
The cost is recalculated each time you add or remove a seat. Adding user n+1 always costs less than adding user n — but always adds to the total.
Mid-month changes are prorated daily: if you add a seat on the 20th, you're charged for the remaining days of the billing cycle only.

Besides responses, one other action charges the wallet: survey campaign email sends. AI is never charged — you bring your own.
When Dayalogs sends personalised survey links to your audience via email, each send is charged. Bounces within 24h are automatically refunded.

Dayalogs does not sell AI operations. You connect the AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client — and any AI usage is billed by your AI provider, not by Dayalogs.
The wallet is your prepaid euro balance. Top up manually (€10–€500), set automatic recharge rules, configure spending alerts, and cap monthly spend. Everything is visible in real time.
