Create

Describe it. Or hand over a document. The AI builds it.

Tell your AI what you need, or share an existing questionnaire — a Word doc, PDF, Markdown file, or spreadsheet. Either way it prepares a survey Dayalogs can import, saves it as a new version, and confirms. No form editor, no manual rebuilding.

  • Describe from scratch in natural language — multi-language, logic, conditions
  • Share any existing questionnaire document and the AI converts it directly
  • The AI checks the survey against the live Dayalogs rules before importing
  • Ask for changes in the same conversation — it patches the draft

Review Quality gate

Invite stakeholders before publishing.

Before the survey goes live, send it to your team or clients for review. Each participant gets a unique link to read the survey and leave comments. You decide who can just comment and who can approve.

  • Ask the AI: "Send nps-q2 for review to Ana and Luca" — invitations sent
  • Participants review in a dedicated page, no Dayalogs account needed
  • Round closes when all approve, on a date, or manually
  • Or skip review and publish directly — always your call

03
Publish & distribute

Publish. Import contacts. Generate personalised links.

Once the review is closed, publish the survey and generate a personalised link for every contact in your audience segment. Each link carries the respondent's data into the survey at runtime.

  • "Publish nps-q2 and generate links for the Q2 customers segment"
  • Share a CSV or XLSX contacts file — the AI imports it as an audience segment via MCP
  • Thousands of personalised links generated in seconds
  • Set expiry dates and response quotas per LinkSet
  • Track open and completion status per contact

04
Campaign

Send the links. Manage follow-ups.

Once links are generated, a campaign manages the actual sending — email, SMS, or your own channel — directly from Dayalogs. Schedule the send, set up reminders, and track delivery without switching to another tool.

  • Choose channel: email, SMS, or push links to your own system via API
  • Schedule the initial send and automatic reminders for non-responders
  • Track delivery, opens, and clicks alongside response data
  • Right now: distribute links to any channel yourself — full control, zero lock-in

Monitor live. Export when ready.

Ask your AI for response counts and basic survey stats. Or open the admin dashboard and export directly — in CSV, XLSX, or SPSS SAV, with labels attached.

  • "Show response counts for nps-q2" → AI reads the current stats
  • Export from admin: CSV, XLSX, SPSS SAV, JSON, or NDJSON
  • Variable aliases and metadata travel with every export format
  • Pull responses programmatically via the REST API

You orchestrate. Any AI generates. Dayalogs manages.
Download the Dayalogs survey format guide, take it to any AI you already use, describe your survey, and get back a survey Dayalogs can import. Bring it into Dayalogs and manage the rest from the admin dashboard. MCP is optional — the admin can do the full job too.

Get the format guide. Use any AI. Import.

Download the Dayalogs survey format guide and paste it as context in Claude.ai, ChatGPT, or any AI you already use. Describe your survey. Get back a survey Dayalogs can import. Bring it into the admin in one step.

  • Schema available from Admin → Surveys → JSON schema button
  • Or pull via API: GET /api/v1/survey-schema.json

Review Quality gate

Invite stakeholders to review before publishing.

Open the survey in the admin and create a review round. Invite participants by email — they get a unique link to read and comment on the survey without needing a Dayalogs account.

  • Admin → survey → Reviews tab → Create round
  • Assign roles: comment (feedback only) or decision (can approve)
  • Visibility: collaborative (participants see each other's comments) or private
  • Round closes when all approve, on a set date, or manually — your choice
  • Review is optional — you can publish directly if no approval is needed

Send the links. Track delivery.

With links generated, a campaign manages the actual sending from the admin — pick your channel, schedule the send, and set up reminders for non-responders. Right now, you distribute links through your own email or SMS tool.

  • Channels: email, SMS, or push links to your own system via API
  • Schedule sends and automatic reminders for non-responders
  • Delivery and open tracking alongside response data

Some things always involve AI. By design.

Dayalogs doesn't have a blank form editor. Survey and theme creation always start with AI — either through MCP, or by using any AI with the Dayalogs survey format as context. Reviews, LinkSets, campaigns, and exports are accessible from both the admin and MCP.

Survey creation

Describe your survey in natural language and get a survey Dayalogs can import. The AI drafts it, checks it, and structures it. You review and approve.

via MCP — AI imports directly any AI + format guide → import survey

Theme & style creation

The style wizard uses an AI generator to create custom CSS themes from your design inputs: colour, font, roundness, density. You review the rendered preview before saving.
